Information Collection and Use
JBUK Design is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. I will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. JBUK Design collects information from my users at several different times on my website, including the contact form which is not secured.

Order
I request information from the user on my enquiries forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, email and telephone numbers)
This information is used to fulfill customer's enquiries and/or orders. I might get back to the customer to provide the information requested by the customer (like a quote)

Log Files
I use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing
I may share aggregated demographic information with my partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

This web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that I [Josh Bonfield] are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. I encourage my users to be aware when they leave my site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect my users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is not protected online. The date is only stored offline and IP Addresses cannot be linked to any specific person and are secured online on a separate server with SSL.
All of my users' information is restricted in my offline database. Only myself  who needs the information to perform a specific job (for example, my accounting, or customer service) has access.  All are encrypted and pass worded in an offline database.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your post code), or if a user no longer desires my service, I will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. All data is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Choice/Opt-out
If you use this site to purchase services you may occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of my users I present the option to not receive these types of communications on my order form.
Users who no longer wish to receive my newsletter or promotional materials from my partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email, or by contacting me directly.
Users of my site are notified when their information is being collected or used by any third parties. I do this so my users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require a third party, or not.

Notification of Changes
If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes on this web site so my users are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I disclose it. If at any point I decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, I will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not I use their information in this different manner. I will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
